Allyson Stewart-Allen is a guru in the fields of international talent management, business and cross-cultural working and is an often interviewed media expert. A Californian based in Europe for over 20 years, Allyson applies her education with Dr. Peter Drucker to her consulting clients from a broad range of sectors. She is particularly sought by world-renowned European and US organisations wanting her help growing their markets on both sides of the Atlantic.
Allyson is a two-time winner of the Excellence in Practice Award of the European Federation for Management Development for her talent management leadership programmes for Lufthansa (2009) and BAE Systems (2012).
She is also the author of best-selling book Working with Americans and a frequent guest interviewed for Al Jazeera English, CNN, BBC, CNBC, Sky News, Bloomberg, Reuters as well as a number of newspapers and magazines. Allyson is a regular keynote speaker around the globe on international business topics as well as an award-winning Programme Director at Said Business School Oxford University and HEC Paris.
She serves on the Senior Advisory Board of the Institute for Leadership Studies at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Until its end-of mission in 2010, she was a Senior Advisor for New York-based Business for Diplomatic Action. She currently serves as a judge for US-based The Stevies® International Business Awards, the UK Women in Marketing Awards and the UK National Sales Awards’ Customer Collaboration category.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from the Marshall School at the University of Southern California, as well as an MBA from Claremont Graduate University under the direct tutelage of Dr. Peter Drucker.
