Amy Edmondson is the Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at the Harvard Business School. Recognized by the biannual Thinkers50 global ranking of management thinkers since 2011, Edmondson teaches, writes, and speaks widely on leadership, teams, innovation, and organizational learning. She is the author of six books, including her award-winning 2014 book, Teaming: How Organizations Learn, Innovate, and Compete in the Knowledge Economy, which introduced the concept of teaming – the dynamic forms of collaboration needed in environments characterized by uncertainty and ambiguity.
